Important update :: we have now launched http://www.mixudo.com - a site to mix the best martial arts from around the world!

This shows how easily a turning kick can be added onto the movement of a reverse hook kick, allowing you to chase down your opponent when using this technique. Many fighters will anticipate the initial kick when they see your rotation, so when you chase down with a turning kick it allows you the advantage to keep pressure onto your opponent.

Notice the full body turn after the initial kick to generate the technique of the second.
