Ken Coward with TotalHumanElevation.com is about to embark on a 24 day fitness challenge. Ken follow a strict fitness and nutrition program. He will be talking before and after pictures as well as before and after body weight and body fat composition. The goal is Ken's program is obviously to improve his health. Another goal of Ken's is to motivate you to start your own challenge and achieve your fitness goals. Ken will be using three supplements during his 24 day challenge: Isagenix (Nutritional Cleansing) 2. Shakeology Meal Placement 3. Peas and Love Meal Replacement.

  • I love it. I was surfing around looking for motivation and found it. This young man is good and better yet, down to earth. Not cocky. Not conceited. The challenge is doable. I want to do this with him, and would like to challenge my students to do this too....!
