Why is the river rising? Rain?

Thank you for sharing this! Do you plan on doing any updated footage as the waters continue to rise? We are headed back to St Jude today with our son from North Alabama (our community was also devastated by tornadoes. Crazy past few weeks!), and I am trying to keep updated on the flood waters' progress. It's hard to know which roads are beginning to see flooding.
