how do you get cockpit audio on the camera?
-
Engine failure would be very dicey, period. Search and rescue would be next to impossible.

Engine failure at 12:32 would not be nice.

This is a beauuuuuuutiful video!

It was a dream come true. As a pilot, it was just fun flying, the problems and risks kick in when things go wrong... I loved every min!

I really like the Cirrus, but I don't think I could ever get used to that side stick control. They should have used controls that are oriented vertically, controlled by the right hand

I have taken hundreds of pilots for their first flights in a Cirrus. Not a single one has taken more than 20 seconds to get used to the side stick. Its actually a side yoke, as you push it in and out of the dash for pitch control. A normal Yoke in a Cessna does the same, and you often have your right hand on the throttle, so do it with just the left. So in pitch its the same. In roll its MORE natural than a Cessna yoke, as its a direct extension of your arm, with an easy forearm twist.
