Alright so i decided to make this video cause im bored!! lol
well to help others too. This is IMVU related. so yeah.

  • here is a much easier way:

    1. right click on the layer you want to add a border too

    2.choose alpha to selection

    3.click select ->shrink-> 5

    4. new layer

    5. click select -> invert

    6. use your bucket fill tool and choose FG colour fill

    7. foreground colour in the colour you want

    8. click between between the two flashing lines you see

  • an easier way is to select all then go to selection>shrink>how ever many pixels you want

    then paint it whatever colour

  • And an even easier way to make a frame is to make a full size rectangle, layer it behind the picture, and then size the ractangle or the picture to the rectangle.
