LADOT Parking Enforcement Caught Parking in Loading Only While On Lunch

In the linked article LADOT's PIO states that their meter maids can not park where ever they want when they're taking lunch. They also can not park in red zones—ever. So it looks like LADOT meter maids aren't exempt form parking rules and regulations despite what some of the comments are inaccurately stating.
