if you watch the vid you can see that he pushs and not pull ;)

you may call it the beginning of an orbit, but if you disect the move it literally is sinking the back deck in AKA(half of a double pump) the main initiating move in vertical or momentum rolls! and he literally just used the seam to throw a backdeck roll and i know that because he came up in the forward leaning position just like a backdeck roll, the orbit btw is going into the pourover raising your bow and doing a stern squirt, shows that you know your stuff!

this is nothing more than starting the first half of a double pump then throwing a backdeck into the seam you have done nothing new my freind i have down this in brennans wave in missoula for years.

a back deck roll is initiated off the drive face of the paddle , this is initiated with the back of the paddle while almost vertical on the back end , and finishing on the front

its easy to say that. but I have to say,this is different, this is not Hole roll. I can make it on the wave as well.
You know this story?long time ago,somebody called front loop as just incomplete and twisted cart wheel.
but now twisted cart wheel has become a great move Front HUGE air loop. same as Crescent. its must gonna be one of the important trick.
we must learn it and Lets increase Freestyle kayak world!
