i love this movie!!

lol the boat that rocked is a better name for the movie but i really think the us trailer is way better lol but just watchd it pretty good not accurate but funny to watch gotta love the british ^_^

Its called the boat that rocekd becuase they had to change the US title, im not sure why though. Its a pretty good movie, kinda funny i would sugget watching it good way to pass an hour or two, if you havent seen it yet you can at theonlinecinema . net/pirate-radio/

More than half of the music soundtrack was more recent than the 1966 setting for the movie. Yeh I spotted those modern dome CCTV cameras as well...oops!. Plus the headphones the DJs where using appeared to be very modern for 1966.

The costume department done a very good job though, I will give the movie some points for that

I've just been watching 135 minute original release. OK it's a well made movie, and better than I thought it would be. But it is too long. I got fast-forwarding through what I thought was irrelevant and boring scenes.

Will be interesting to see what scenes got edited out for the US 'Pirate Radio' release. I bet it was the same scenes I fast-forwarded through.

i think they changed the name so people dont pirate the movie from online. Cause your not gonna get anything if you google Pirate Radio but you will if you google the actual name.
