Global Water Shortages

This is one of the winning Manitoba videos from the 2009 Kaleidoscope Video Challenge. The video was submitted by the Margaret Barbour Photo Course and the winners won a video camera and a trip to Ottawa.

The 2010/11 Kaleidoscope Video Challenge is now open and accepting submissions.
* Youth are invited to create videos under five minutes in length highlighting why they think active global citizenship is important and what makes them global citizens.
* The contest website (www.videochallenge.ca and/or www.defivideo.ca) offers background information and links to video production resources.
* The contest is a national public engagement project organized by seven Provincial/Regional Councils for International Cooperation across Canada and funded in part by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
