Changing Ties*A Full House Story*[S1,E9]

Stephanies POV

I still cant believe that after all this time, Comet is still alive. Most people give up looking and hoping after about a week. However, I never lost faith and here Comet is. My dad, Michelle, and I are on our way now to pick up Cometand meet the miracle family that saved his life. We pull up to the house and knock on the front door.

John- Hello I guess youre here to see your dog.
Michelle-You guessed right!
Comet*runs to the door*
Stephanie/Michelle-Comet!
Comet-*backs away then runs to the other room*
Jesse-thats funny. I thought hed be happy to see us.
John-Dont worry he is probably just sad to leave.
Stephanie-But wouldnt he be more happy to see us?
Michelle-Yeah
Jesse-Well it doesnt matter. I brought his leash. We can track him down and figure out the problem later.

Stephanie takes the leash and runs into the living room calling Comet. When she walks in, the sight is atrocious. Broken glass bottles and trash scatter across a ripped carpet. The smell of smoke pours off of the wall. The furniture is ripped and destroyed like it just went through the 8.8 earthquake in Chile. She stands in shock, as her first though is Comet. This must be why he is acting so strange. The poor dog has been living in trash for the past three months. That wouldnt affect him though. It has to be something else. She decides not to tell her dad about this until later on. Comet creeps out from under a sofa (Or at least she thinks that what is was) and slowly walks over to Stephanie. She puts the leash on his collar and walks back to the front door.

John- Well, I guess my work here is done.
Jesse- Yes. Thank you so much. How can we repay you?
Stephanie-*Mumbles* How bout a new house?
John- Excuse me?
Stephanie- Oh nothing. I said, How bout a new mouse.
Jesse-*Laughs*Come on girls. Lets go.

Michelles POV

It is plain to see that Comet isnt himself. He didnt really say hi to anyone. Normally he is really excited when we get home. Something is wrong. Maybe Stephanie knows. I better ask later. Maybe he is just surprised to see us. Yes. Thats it. He will be back to normal in no timehopefully.
