Joyce is trying his best to fight for rural Australia but the Nationals will never be effective as long as they are tied to Liberal. The Liberal party is all about the big end of town and the Nationals leadership are more supportive of Maquarie Street farmers. The small family farm will soon be a thing of the past.

Peter spencer the man who started all this off is in debt to his family for a million dollars and has been in debt for years.

Peter spencer is going to lose his land not because of land clearing but because he has no idea how to run a farm and make money.
