  • Although (if I'm understanding its purpose correctly) it is possible to make something like this.. however, you wouldn't want to. Firstly, it's pointless - it looks cool, but there isn't really any need for spinny things. Secondly, it gets in the way of the driving, making it unsafe. Thirdly, it'd be expensive and at this point in time you'd probably have to go to some research lab thing to get it done (using OLED technology), unless you're just projecting it.
