@burgerkingsucks1 Hehe like if I care if it get's forgotten lol, only fanboys say "D3 will be the best" when they even don't know exactly what it's going to be like - pitiful. I don't play a game because it's popular, don't know why anyone would. I liked D2 but it gets so damn boring that I quit. Besides it is the first great hack n slash, but NOT the best.

PS: I don;t really care about the shitty graphics, I'm not 10 any more. And the cartoonish graphics are very pleasurable

Playing this game made me feel sory for people praising Diablo 2, where everything was worse and less fun. Diablo 3 - I don't care at this point, I'm not ignorant enough to say "Diablo 3 will kill this game" before it's released etc etc etc repetitive shit without any good reason

@skykid This was made by a company that was started by a few ex-Bliz North folks. Max and Erich Schaefer, as well as Peter Hu, and Travis Baldtree, the guy who made Fate. After the Flagship debacle, the team that was working on Mythos (the Schaefers and Baldtree) decided to pick themselves up and get a game out to get the bad taste out of their mouths. 11 months later-Torchlight came out. It's a great game. The sequel will be a LOT better, too...and the same price AND multiplayer.

I was under the impression this was a side project by the Diablo team, a sort of stealth-beta of sorts to test some things for D3.
