I was standing outside coquitlam bc around 1:50am on monday oct.17-2011 when I saw a really bright white light fly threw the air this thing was moving way too fast to be the air force and a min later I saw a huge red flash in the air like somebody took a picture or somthing anyone see anything that night ??

@ awaldegrave , there just might be more pics and video to come who knows the people that were around us all were taking picture and were more interested in what was moving in the sky besides the fireworks . My pictures were taken from Jericho beach , thats on the other side of the fireworks from the west to the east and most people were watching from east to west and out in the water its dark if your looking from downtown towards the Island ......

@ Gigginz , Yea i thought the pics were pretty clear considering i was trying to get shots of a moving object :) but yea still creepy we haven't stopped talking about it . I tried getting video that night but the camera wasn't getting anything in the dark .
