HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR OF ASTRAL PROJECTION OR OBES?

At the request of a subscriber Im providing 3 big tips that one can do in order to over-come a fear of astral projection or out of body experiences (OBE). Also, upon editing the video to meet the Youtube timeline constraints, I notice quite a bit of orb activity around and over me! Can you see them?

@luciddreams777 Yes, paralysis prior to astral projection is normal... It is possible to have strange encounters with other entities or even other astral people who are astral projecting but remember to relax and not cave into terror and fear. Should you be overwhelmed for any reason, the astral experience or interaction will cease instantly and you will return to your anchor; the physical body.

@CokoChanel124 I follow ABB's feeds almost religiously and he responds to a lot of comments that has nothing to do with being gay! So stop telling that lie! I don't like your tone because you come across like you are entitled! This guy has a very large following and he has said in other vids that he gets a lot of email traffic! i need some help and i saw your video and you truly seem to know your stuff.

i have been astraling off and on for a long time but i did not know what was happening to me. my first reaction was a sudden on set of overwhelming fear and it was just intensified over the fact that i could not move. see i have never felt any vibrations i simply cannot move. once i realized what was going on i had an overwhelming urge to know more. why dont i vibrate and how do i overcome focusing on not moving

i always get to the vibrational stage but when I do i just caNNOT take the effects of the increased heart rate etc. i came over my fear of beings but i just need to get pass the vibrational stage.

Great wealth of information. I've recently had an urge to explore OBE's and it seems to get stronger everyday. The only problem is that it is very difficult for me to have an OBE. I almost had one but I couldn't continue because I got really scared. Aside from that, towards the end of your video around 8:07-8:09, there is an audible sound in the background. It's as if someone was breathing near you. Or maybe it was something else?

I think everyday life interferes with the ability to even practice astral travelling.Ive only did it a couple of times in the morning I was really relaxed.The one things I can remember I was eating organic foods oh yeah and manuka Honey..Do you think what you eat has anything to do with this ? Ive heard everything that is sold with a barcode is evil but who knows.
