clearly that's exactly what people aren't doing MORON! THERE IS A PROBLEM! With more educators like the makers of this production it is easier to pass on the info like this. So stop the cursing and pass it on.

Eat whole foods...as little processed items as possible. If you cant pronounce it don't eat it. Get organic when possible. Drink Water not sugar added juices and sodas. Eat till full, eat when hungry. The Paleo vs Vegan debate rages but what both sides dont see is that NEITHER side does processed garbage...so what does that say? Either can work.

I can do the same with alcohol. It does not make it not addictive clearly every person can handle things differently...It depends on your mental state and toughness. Most stoners I know cant do this. People cant use themselves as an example. Its math...I am sure many more people are the opposite of you and a small majority are like you. To classify a huge population based on your abilities is not valid as science sadly.

While people who think about these things it is that easy. But sadly there are tons of people who trust their government and think they should get all these processed grains and sugars. The heart healthy logo on lucky charms. Ask a person if a sugar is a carb you might be shocked when they dont even know what it is. I see it EVERY day.

I've found that by avoiding the things that sorta pleased me most of the time, the indulgence actually produced pleasure. So, once a week I can have really good burger and fries, the occasional pint of ice cream, and no diet soda in the house. But cutting the diet soda out of my norm has made the biggest difference, I think. I've also thrown in fast days.

More carbs = more insulin. Over the past generation we've been promoting carbs as the primary food source, even in "poor" parts of the world where the carbs were also associated with veggies and hard work. If you actually use all the glycogen you might divert insulin fat to work.

I buy everything in this video except the part where the Doc says people lack the power to override their own cognitive inhibition.

In part 3, I made a comment that he'll explain it in part 4, but nothing.

Scenario 1: excess high-sugared food intake provoke beta cells of the pancreas to overproduce insulin. Reasonable.

But, prolonged overproduction can lead to burn out of beta cells causing the converse: insufficient insulin, eventually developing diabetes.

We all heard of diabetes (little to no insulin production), we haven't heard of the opposite of diabetes (excess insulin--which physiologically cannot be sustained).
