how to copy and paste on fl studio 8

"hold the left mouse button" + "control" then click and drag to the notes you want to be copied". Then "left click" + "hold shift" and once you have pasted the notes. wallah.

i don't understand something and i can't do it. I'm holding CTRL and holding mouse and i set the color of the note. and i go to i hold the mouse button and i press shift it don't works. Don't understand.

@MysticGizmos don't forget that you need to use de pencil tool for that, I don't know if it works with other tools, but I tried this with the pencil and it worked, and not just in the piano roll but in the playlist too
