Pokesav tutorial

WARNING:This video may be offensive to other people do not look at the vid if you feel offended in any type of way not my responciblity if you do feel offended the way to do the steps is
1-Buy an Action Replay DS

2-Install it etc.

3-Go to the site to download pokesav: http://rapidshare.com/files/29339125/...

4-Make your pokes in an empty storage space so you don't overwrite any other pokes.

5-After you've made them,save the box to My Documents.

6-Then go to AR DS Code Output and tick the boxes for the codes you want activateing.

7-Save that to Desktop.

8-Open the file you saved,highlight the code (top for Diamond,bottom for Pearl) and right click and then click copy.

9-Open AR DS Code Manager.

10-Go to your game and right click on it,and click add new cheat.

11-(help for 10) If it doesn't say add new cheat then go to the top right of the window and click software upgrade.

12-To add the code right click then click add new cheat,and then right click the empty box and click paste.

13-Link your DS to the computer and add the code onto the game.

14-Simply start the game and hold L and R and check the box where you made the pokes.

Do I have to create a backup save in order to play Pearl using Pokesav? And also,do I have to download NO$gba to VBA in order to play using Pokesav? Please.........I really hope you can answer my question...
