@kenprimo Absolutely! Certification lends clout, but is not a requirement. I myself look forward to being certified, but it doesn't mean I can't teach until I receive certification. It's not a gimmick to make money, it's validation of one's techniques and skills.

Hi I m 117 pounds and 162 cms tall I m learning how to work out with KB I started TGU with a 16 kg KB little by little I have been increasing the weight of my KB I do 10 reps each arm with a 24 Kb with almost no problem , last time I did a copule of reps with a dumb bell of 65 pounds aprox.. My question is how frequently do I must practice the TGU and how many reps should I make to develop my strength, I want to lift 100 pounds Dumb bell , I mean dumb bell cause y my country we got not big KB

@kenprimo I got a buddy certified in almsot everything in a gym, it helps ... He banks much more than the lil' kids who just know shit, but he's certified. Big difference!

ur technique suggest your demonstrating with a weight thats too light.
This means you arnt showing the movement correctly so go suk it.

good vid-however I GUARANTEE WITHIN 5 YEARS, NO ONE WOULD NEED A CERTIFICATION TO USE KETTLE BELLS. The fitness industry is all about gimicks to make money. I remember when you need to be certified to use a bosu. All in all its a good video.

Nobody needs any certification to USE kettlebells, it just helps to have one to teach.
