Official Gainesville Ripper teaser trailer

The movie is an extremely accurate account of the events that took place between August 23rd and August ... all » 26th, 1990 in the college town of Gainesville, FL. Serial killer, Danny Rolling, struck terror and paranoia, placing Gainesville under the national spotlight after systematically stalking and taking the lives of 5 students.

The film, in the middle of post-production, will be premiering at film festivals Summer 2008.

I was in high school when this happened. I couldn't believe it was happening in our town. I will check this movie out. It is bringing back so many bad memories. I remember being so scared and sleeping in bed with my parents. It is hard to believe it has been 20 years already.

Well, if you are into outdoors there's a LOT to do in these areas if you want to drive 45 miles at a time.

I was a student at the time , this film will be hard to watch for me personally but, like the film with Charlize Theron "Monster " it certainly is a story which should be told .

This looks like a horrible move.  Amateur hour to what was an insane time. It could have been done so much better.
