lol Foley decided how many chairshots he was gonna take by how long he stayed on his feet, if he'd had enough all he had to do was fall so they could do the finish. What else was Rock supposed to do if he wasnt going down?

Rock was inexpirienced at the time. Think there was only supposed to be 5 shots, but the Rock struggled to work the crowd inbetween the shots. Which is why it escolated to 10 or 11...
