Old video to silence the Valor Haters, Yes indeed, Valor used to sing and was front man of the band even back in those heady days in 1985/6. I honestly don't know why people so detest valor, as the creative genius behind many christian death projects. Along with other band members as many in the ChristianDeathSociety well know, music transcends all the hate. (more)

  • I think the problem with Valor is both that he doesn't fully understand the subversive nature Rozz brought to the band and he cannot keep up to the same level of artistic wit as Rozz. He can't write lyrics!!

That said, he's a helluva musician, and I really do like Atrocities. Most of what he did after that was rubbish, though. Especially when he blended metal music with Christian Death, ugh, shite work.

I don't hate him, I just can't view him in the same artistic light as Rozz.

  • What a jam!! He is an amazing artist regardless of the politics and the name you put behind it. GItane seals the deal, no matter which of the two contributed their talent to what album. Christian Death is one of a kind all around

  • @deloopooled hur hur hur, cool story bro..

  • @deadboys1010 exactly

  • He made a big mistake when taking the name "Christian Death". Only because of this. It sounds absurd, but If only he decided to pick another name to his alignment, he wouldn't have too much haters. If only Valor knew that a lot of people won't stop throwing shit at his music... Rozzy obsessed people.

  • eww his hair looks so bad in this... but i forgive him because his vocals are the shizz

  • @deadboys1010 i think valor put alot more great albums out other then atrocities such as sex, drugs & christ, sexy death god, the prophecies were all great albums too. blending metal into cd was great, you can hear the metal influence when valor first joined cd. on atrocities the song Ventriloquist, was very heavy. however i gotta say the shit he has been puting out since 99 has been garbage & i must agree that rozz williams was indeed the heart of christian death. R.I.P. Rozz.

  • @deadboys1010 i do agree to an extent. he wasnt a bad lyricist but its true he didn't quite grasp what Rozz was doing and instead took the name Christian Death into a literal meaning writing blatantly anti-christian songs which wasnt EXACTLY what Rozz was trying to do (and no i am not getting into a religious debate here either). blending metal into it wasn;t bad. i happen to like Valor's musicianship on Pornographic Messiah and Born Again Anti-Christian as absurd as the titles are

  • @viktorhat See you in Glasgow
