  • To me Seabiscuit was the better horse. He ran more races as a two year old the War Adrmal the old traner over raced him and underestermated him as a great horse. He didn't have the best knees but he was a fighter. A worthy grandson of Man O War.

  • He said, "See ya later Charlie!" It's a famous saying that still lives today. Awesome stuff!

  • There have been allegations that Seabiscuit was administered ephedrine (a stimulant that enhances performance) by Tom Smith. Smith was actually busted for spraying this substance in the nostrils of a later horse and suspended for a year. I mean, Biscuit does little at 2 and 3 years (when greats usually do) and then suddenly starts winning under Smith - this just doesn't happen. It was observed that he looked bigger at the Anita in 1940, and he died of a heart attack at a fairly young age.

  • *SPOILER*

    Seabiscuit wins.

  • Wonderful. !!!!!!!

  • @Tsarevna303 According to records all he needed was to hear the bell

  • Awesome footage, thanks for sharing!

I wonder if the jockeys had to squeeze or kick them to start them going or if the starter's hand dropping was all they needed?

  • I wonder if seabiscuit and admiral knew they were related.

  • I was gunna ask the same thing, Thanks!
