Personal Finance Manager Template

Welcome to the Personal Finance Spreadsheet BASIC template from
SpreadsheetMarketplace.com.

The really great thing about this spreadsheet template is that it's
easy to use. Starting with the yellow-highlighted cells at the top of
the page, you enter your monthly household take-home income. Then, in
the body of the spreadsheet, you enter your expenses by category. If
you need more expense categories, simply add them down here, at the
bottom of the sheet.

At the end of each month, you'll know how much money you have coming
in, how much you have going out, and what's left over. By seeing how
much you have left over at the end of the month, you know how much
cash you have available for paying down debt, adding to your savings,
or preparing for that large purchase.

This spreadsheet has some great charts, too. First, you can see a line
plot of your monthly expenses. Plan ahead for that vacation in June!
Next, we have a pie chart summary of your expenses by major type, then
we have a detailed pie chart with all your expenses by detailed
category.

This is the simple version of the spreadsheet. A more complex and
detailed version is also available from SMP for just a few dollars
more, and it includes long-term Net Worth Planner functions.
