Comparing Volvo 2.0 Diesel (136hp) consumption with Alfa 1.8 Turbo Petrol (200hp) is invalid, it's obvious that the petrol engine will have a higher fuel consumption. You should have compared it with the Alfa 1.9 JTDm 150hp.

Silly comparison... What one can expect from germans, that they still thing of what they're produce, as the best products in the world? Truth is, that in a german's eyes, an alfa has no luck at all. As a matter of fact, nothing's good as long as it's not german. Question is, who cares about what they're saying, or else, who gives a shit about them?
