Mario Party DS Connection Trouble

Mario Party DS (rom) problem iv had altho iv read or heard nothing about this problem anywhere else but i cant be the only one experiencing it.

basically what happens is when i try and host a game for my friends and family i get a message saying "the connection has been lost we will now take you to main menu"

as you will see on the video there is no problem with the distance of the 2 DS's and that the problem comes up fairly quickly

i apolagise about the quality of my camara but you get the general idea it doesnt work.

plz post replys on any simular or the same problem if you have it and plz plz post soulotions

1)on the R4 official website goto downloads.

(website can be found by searching "R4 DS" on google)

2)there is a list of "kernal" downloads the top one should be v1.14 kernal

3)click it and download the english one on the next page it opens

4)when its downloaded you should have some files and folders named "system" and "moonshl" copy ALL of that into your micro SD card and replace the old files.

5)that has now updated your firmware put your micro SD card back in your R4 n try it.

Search "R4 DS" on google and the first link will be the official R4 website gi there and on there goto downloads and there will be a list of updates for the DS.

those are the firmware updates people keep refering too.

i actually have the same exact problem exept that the game does go through but, while playing the game, after like turn 3, the game gets the error message. Why is that?

you proberbly need to update the firmware on your R4 / M3.

ya this is also to zackolot- mario party dosnt have wifi u can only be next to someone and start a game and u have to be in a certain range to play with them..

Which Flash-Cart do you have? With my R4 I had the same problem, but with other games, though. But I have a CycloDS, and the problem is gone...
