HiYa Elliott. I must of been a cave for the last 5 years since you posted this vid. But here I am to say thanks for this inspiring jam. Last time I saw you play live was around 1977-78 when you taught a master class along with, Holy Crap, Jaco Pastorius! At the Fort Lauderdale High School auditorium. You were the stud muffin back then - with two Steely Dan albums under your belt. Jaco was doing what was considered almost a new artform on his J-bass and Acoustic 360 rig. Perpetual memories!

I met Mr. Donnelly in a music store that I worked at on Maui in the late 90s. He sat with a Rainsong acoustic (new at the time) and proceeded to blow me away. i asked him what he did for a living and all he said was "I work for a lot of people much richer than myself" and said that he had done a lot of work in California and had always wanted to take a break and come to the islands.

great fun to watch AND listen, boys! thank you .
And to think, he was my first year room mate at uni (Steve Donnelly that is). Those late night jam sessions in the concrete cells of Hunslet Grange really paid off. Thanks for the music!
