Hey, you mentioned getting angry,so what? Of course there were blacks in the lower 9, prior to the 70's! My family comes from the lower 9 stretching to the Desire before I was born. What, only YOUR people who were affected by Hurricane Betsy? Give me a break! LOL! And who's gonna punch or shoot who? Is this your crafty way of generalizing all Blacks as violent?
