CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A Canadian attorney will spend five years in prison for a bank fraud scheme in Cincinnati. Gino Boggia twice tried to get money from dormant, unclaimed bank accounts that amounted to more than one-million dollars. But, he was caught before any money was paid out. In both cases, he lied and claimed he represented the account holders. One of those clients had been dead for 20 years.
