yeah I live in Miami and typically go there every once in a while, I do not recommend anyone to step foot on the outer rocks, especially not on the slippery ones on the sides. As far as fishing goes there is action there all the time, not always the best day in terms of everyone catching monster fish, but at least there is a variety of fish, blue runners, jacks, baraccudas, pomapano, permit, small snappers and the live bait that you can catch if you throw a sabiki rig is plenty.
