i want a nose job but i am very scared does it hurt?

@vGunnersv The primary rhinoplasty did not achieve the results that I wanted. Its not that it went "poorly;" the changes were just not a significant as I would have liked. The secondary rhinoplasty, I had done in Beverly Hills, and the plastic surgeon altered my nose in a way that I was extremely happy with. Not to scare you or worry you in any way. Some patients ask the surgeon to go more conservatively the first round only to realize they wanted more and decide to go in for a second time.

@vGunnersv Its not weird at all. I am a male and have had a rhinoplasty and can tell you that it was a great decision. In your case, it would not be hard to correct your nose; however, you would likely require an open rhinoplasty (a more technically involved surgery). In this variation, results are typically greater and the surgeon has more freedom to change the structure of the nasal bridge and cartilage tip (which seems to be your area of concern). Best of luck!

im a male, is it wierd for me wanting to do this?
My nose has a bump and is long, is it easy or hard to make that type of nose look normal. Anyone who can reply will be seriously helping me out, please do!
