Here's a little fun fact about my cell phone service provider in Japan.

I love it when I go to Tokyo and stay for the whole weekend instead of going back to my city. Usually I spend the night at a friends house, but have no power adaptor to charge my phone. Since Japanese cell phones (けいたい) are so L33T that the batteries run out pretty quickly.

So when I know I am going to be in a certain area for a while I drop off my phone at a Softbank store and then go run my errands and then come back an hour later to a charged cell phone ^_^

Huh, I know most convenience stores sell chargers that let you charge your phone with normal batteries, and some conbini have vending machine dealies where you pay, but I hadn't heard of anyone offering free recharges.

Since he never answered... You basically go in there and leave your phone and name and they'll watch your stuff while it charges. You don't have to have the actual adapter, they handle it all.
