@UberMaKedoN And I heard something about the Macedonian civilization. As you know the Greeks lived in city states and every one ,with some similar points, had their own unique culture. So there was the Athenean and Spartan civilization too. That doesn't make them less Greek. Also Sparta was simillar to Monarchy and hated dimocracy that doesn't make them less Greek either. And if Alexander had his own civilization why abandon it and focus completely on the Greek one?

But the only things that confirmed your point were the words of the narrator and of sir Borza. Other than all the artifacts shown there were of greek style from the armor and helmet to the vases, the argument used wasn't very convincing. Demosthenes was a political rival of Philip and skilled speaker (something like a lobist) and the term barbarian was like the worst possible insult.No wonder he used it in discribing his enemy.
