blondes shudnt do this, doesnt suit u. however, if ure still gonna use it, try to wing it a bit more upwards. the line shud go with ur bottom waterline, up towards ur eyebrow end. u actually didnt open ur eyes more now. try it, it will look better, and u wont get flat boring eyes.
