this guide doesnt suck but its inacurate the gear can be alot better..yes ,guthans

Yea, I usually use a SGS in this gear, guthans is a waste and it trains defence/controlled, which I don't want lol.
and in this gear I can last until im out of super antipoison not a problem.. I last a very long time
