  • @td82394 Doesn't matter as long as u get the hip in and a tight hook.

  • Can this technique be as easily done with an underhook? Or is it higher percentage off of the overhook?

  • @Demogran Haaaater alert.

  • @Demogran ... umm? this is wrestling defensive specifically tailored towards MMA.... NOT SPORT JUDO, two people are not fighting for throws, they are fighting to win. This, against a wrestler or a jiujitsu practitioner has a high success rate.

  • @Demogran Is the best? No. Is it the worst? Far from it. Don't be a dick

  • This has gotta be the WORST harai goshi I have seen since I've stop training 3rd graders.

Please learn judo before pretending to teach it to people, if anyone tries this against anyone who has the slightest clue what they're doing they will be smashed into the mattress so hard they'll find the building's foundations.

  • lol... "harai goooshi".

  • nice move i only live about an hour and a half from you, so maybe ill check out ur gym in the summer.

  • cool thats my favorite throw
