Hollywood a Go Go "house band" The Sinners take on California Sun. The Sinners were Tony Minichiello, Vic Diaz, and Manuel Sanchez..
The three began their career as The Matadors, AKA Los MATADORES, best know for singing harmonies on early Jan and Dean recordings including the "Surf City" and "Drag City" LP's in 1963.
This clip features THE GAZZARRI DANCERS and Dance Coordinator Oscar Williams.

Everyone who thinks those girls had to have been on speed, coke, or both, to maintain the energy needed to perform that ludicrous hammer dance, say "aye."

@potaluca That's actually true, in a way. According to the Gazzarri Dancers website, the girls made $250 per week in 1965 dollars. That's about $2,000 in today's money. Not a bad gig for a young girl in those days.

Show's budget was so low that the drummer had to stand!
It's okay though cause the money went to the go-go girl budget!
