The guy at the end said that the "average everyday people are asking bigger questions from the scientists" Does anyone think that scientists aren't asking their own questions? They are. Many countries have opened up all their "Secret Files" but have we learned anything? We just heard "Official" versions of stories that have been told. I believe that most all UFO's have been Top Secret Military Aircraft. Look at what the Germans were doing with disks in the '40's. THAT is what was Top Secret.

@worldview2007 he has exclusive, executive powers. Such as over those he appoints to head agencies or the military. So disclosing information from these agencies or military branches is completely irrelevant to what he must answer to congress for or request permission for.
All still irrelevant in regards to the public side of the system, defined as the Republic. They are the constitutional side, making them the private side. They must disclose EVERYTHING to us and they do not.

@worldview2007 If you want to have a leg to stand on in any encounter with any level of government, they are public servants, period. You either use legalese and have authority or, you talk like a trustee.
Further, read the powers of congress.
They are not vested in the power to make laws over the people. They delegate authority to the states and can not delegate an authority they do not have. It's called a delegation of authority order. The states also can not make laws over the people.

All of which is getting away from the issue. Obama doens't rule by decree. His power is limited by the constitution, and his influence is limited by the number of people in Congress\the Senate who support him.
If sufficient people in Congress\The Senate oppose him, then he cannot act. All of their power is again limited by the Judiciary. Who can strike things down based on the constitution and on other laws.

According to the constitution laws are made by the Legislature, not the President (who is part of the Executive). The President can propose laws, and he can sign laws in to force, but only after they have been passed by your "public servants" (There are a few exceptions to this).
Laws may also be made at the State level (Civil V Criminal). President (Judiciary) can determine the scope and legality\constitutionality of laws.

@worldview2007 the point being, they are obligated to full disclosure to the president. He has complete authority over the conduct of these agencies and the military. If they refuse to answer to him, he can remove them.
I always make a point in all government related posts to try to get people to understand we have no obligation to them or their laws. They can make no laws over the people which is why they trick us into legal trusts such as the SSS and driver's licensing.

If you guys have watched any videos or read any books by David Icke, then you know that the Illuminati supposedly runs the world and the presidents, prime ministers, and other leaders are just decoys.
