this thing was planned, it targeted cops and they used the crowd as a distraction so they could loot without being noticed.

This was doing of real hockey fans. The looting was a planned petty criminals and a retaliation by Cop hating youth.

Sport is sports. Bruins vs MTL is sports history and unfortunately became the targeted event to start Chaos.

Like everywhere else Police in montreal have garnered much contempt due to the use of excessive force and highly visible incidents involving troubled youths (which include racial minorities).
