Catholic inquisition has caused a human catastrophe, which is unparalleled in the history of mankind. Needless to say, that all of these victims were completely innocent. The torture methods were absolutely brutal - some of the victims were tortured up to 30 times. Even the execution was part of the torture: before burning at the stake some of the victims were burned with glowing irons and got their hands chopped of.

In those days torture was a legal method to gain evidence - but there were restrictions too, which have been neglected permanently by the inquisitors.

  • How can people blame Jesus or God for this. These heads of the church were just using religion as an excuse to keep people under control. It's power and money that are the problem. Religion is like nylon, man made.

  • All this just to try and favor God, how disgusting. May those corrupted bastards rot in hell stained with the innocents' blood

  • this is a sadness for my people

  • Those Catholics just following Jesus Order , it was written

Exodus 22:18 " Do not allow a sorceress to live "

  • I hope the men pigs who tortured and burned people suffer in HELL FIRE for eternity. the catholic church can burn in their HELL. I hate all religions, they are not of any God. The Goddess will revenge them.

  • This is the elevator music as you descend into hell.

  • Ummm,, The Inquisition caused an unparalelled catastrophy???? HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAH Ummm,, hate to pop THAT bubble but millions more people have died due to SECULAR reasons than RELIGIOUS. Even if you multiplied the Inquisition, the Crusades, Holy Wars, Ireland, etc,, by 100,, you STILL would not have near the atrocities committed by,, say,, the Bolshiveks ,, or look up Pol Pot in Cambodia. OOOH!!! Dont forget HITLER . So get your facts straight before posting such crap..

  • @heliosjewel Because that was the whole reason for the Inquisition. To remove people from Paganism and turn them to Jesus and the beliefs of the Catholic Church. Real spiritual knowledge has been destroyed and stolen from us, people well knew back in that time "the jesus crap" was a scam. And they paid for it, in blood.

  • The probable number of people executed during the Burning Times was between 200,000 and 500,000. Roman catholic churge is the only criminal that has never been to trail.

Some numbers of the unknown: 17,000+ killed in Scotland from 1563 to 1603

70,000 killed in England after 1573 40,000 executed between 1600-1680 in Great Britain 22,000 executed in Germany 1610-1840 30,000 burned by the Inquisition 300+ killed in South Africa between 1986 and 1996 100+ killed in Indonesia, 1998

  • God bless em..

  • Don’t blame the song if the singer can’t hold a tune. The hierarchy of Church ceased to worship God and worshiped the things of this world power, money, etc. To paraphrase Jesus “there are those who call on my name who I don’t know” i.e. if you are doing evil in God’s name it still counts as evil.

  • This religion is the most cruel one ever, all the blood they shade for their fukin ideals and all the people that had to suffer because of it!!! Be ashamed if ure christians and u folow the church, because the killer more innocent people than fuckin adolf!!! Why did they kill all of this witches? Because of u stupid sheeps!!!
