I'm enjoying 'The Year of the Flood' even more than 'Oryx and Crake', though I never thought that was possible as the latter one had been my favourite book for years. When I saw on www.yearoftheflood.com that there are hymns unsung, I took the rest of the day off to fill that gap. :-)

Sorry that we're such poor singers at our local God'sGardeners branch. Put light around our vocal chords. Also, our Adam666 here doesn't really know how to pronounce 'brief' and as there are no native speakers of English amongst our Eves around here, we had other difficulties as well (Kudzu? Lepidopterae?? Come on!!!), but there are more urgent things to do than learn the correct English pronunciation of Latin and Japanese words if the world is at stake!

  • One day the Garden will be restored. And I for one cannot wait :)
