@BlindFears It truly is. Garou MOW is like the SFIII:3S equivalent. Both had such great art and animation, and both had what was back-then revolutionary features for fighting games.

I always like fighting Rock, cuz you get to hear this kick ass theme! He's not as cool as Terry, but the little guy is okay.
