the judge didnt have him arrested until he sat... meaning if he stayed stood up the judge would have had no jurisdiction and no authority over Ian and then you hav to remember that acts and statutes are not law until you consent to it being so

You should really bring the civil disobedience to the supreme court. This is a violation of your constitutional rights. Simple because a city/state creates a law does not mean the law itself is legal. Or in your case, the law maybe legal but misinterpreted by the state and used incorrectly in your situation.
