As cromozzer correctly states, they did indeed play in Belgium. What even fewer people know however is that at that festival they were second on the bill...to 'The Bollock Brothers'! Strange but true

@xeal1387: This Is Live at Brixton Academy, London, 1986 ( Incorrectly billed "Live In Belgium 1986"). This track was taken from a bootleg called "Never Had No One Ever". Do not really know if the Smiths played in Belgium. Probably not.

@BlackTorty: The Smiths have always been a closed group, never tried to please no press. They were not commercial, like others of his era.

@simionTheOne: They may even have played, but it is difficult to find a record of live concert. On TV I know they played or dubbed.
