Purchasing a Pork Loin center cut is a great way to save money and make delicious chops for BBQ Grill and freezer. Jimbo demonstrates cutting up the loin using different knives and a few different ways of cooking the chops once you have them cut up. Pork loin center cut chops are great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; a very tender and juice piece of pork we love to Barbecue. I hope you enjoy this informational food tease from Jimbo Jitsu's Farm House!
