To be honest with you, Arial fireworks, if launched properly, are much safer then the useless fountains here, since they are launched hundreds of feet in the air and by the time anything falls from them it cool.

I agree with many people, who say we need to have shooting sites etc... This will most defiantly generate much needed revenue for California.

Really cool! I remember seeing it since I was a kid, but I was scared at illegal fireworks. I missed those days. The last time I saw it was back in 1995 where I saw it when I was in Brooklyn. Now, the city was reduced to some minimal of fireworks that are in New York City which are still banned.

A friend of mine got busted in the first week of October and the DA dismissed the charges. Theres a law on the books in the city of Santa Cruz, it's legal to shoot fireworks in the city on the citys birthday. Not sure the exact birthdate is.
