New to pole dancing, am a guy but came from years and years of figure skating, work behind the bar at the club but train with the girls. can't get enough of it!!! EVERYONE should give it a go@

i also have problems doing the scorpio. i can't stick like at all. i can do gemini but i can't stick for scorpio.

poledancing is super fun. im so jealous. my arm strength is just pathetic. how can i increase better arm strength to hold myself up longer. especially my left arm.

i've looked at a few fittness pole videos, but i could never actually get on the pole and do it.
