The side guard for the right arm rest was speced by my OT. I am ass u me ing that is a Permobil partly because I tried get another one through the insurance but they said I have to wait at least one year or pay a couple hundred dollars. Another reason I believe it it from Permobil is because it broke already... :( I have no since fixed it and now it is MUCH better... Stronger, larger and so far child proof... my 2yr old frequently hangs on it :). like usual my chair is in the shop, argh :)
