Please listen to this Tibetans. I am English and would like to understand your language but is is so complex. Please learn Tibetan as extensively as you can as it is YOURS and you can pass this precious gift on to your children and so on like beads on a mala. Once it is forgotten it will be impossible for your children's children to relearn it.
