@millenium2003 I know that your comment is old but i'm still going to answer.
Japan is using american and other countries' weapons because for some reason they aren't allowed to develop their own weapons. This happened when ww2 ended and Japan was not allowed to create new weapon technology so they started but effort to other technology and we all know that Japan is on top off all in technology development.

Japan and USA have a really strong relationship. The USA helped Japan rebuild after WW2. Right now, trade relations are very strong with Japan.

@millenium2003 Well WW2 is over, they accept defeat and now that we have Common enemies such as China and North Korea. They ally with the West.
